Corn
Drying -
Below
15.0% - No Charge
15.0% and above -
Manteno
- 5c minimum, plus 1.5c for each ½% above 15.0%
Whitaker - 5c minimum, plus 1.7c for each ½% above
15.0%
Shrink
-
Corn above
15.0% moisture will be shrunk to 15.0% for sales or to 14.0%
for storage, at the rate of 1.30% for each percent of moisture
Storage
-
Minimum
of 15c per bushel to February 1, 2010, then an additional 3c per bushel per month.
Grades
on corn will not be averaged. Drying charges, shrink, and any
other discounts will be figured for each load.
Soybeans
-
Moisture
discounts on soybeans will be taken in the form of shrink. The
moisture for all loads 15.0% and below will be
averaged daily. If the average moisture is above 13.0%, then all those
soybeans will be shrunk to 13.0% at the rate of 1.5% for each
1/2% of moisture above 13.0%. The loads above 15.0% will be
shrunk individually at the same rate.
All other
grade factors for soybeans will be treated on a load by load
basis and will not be averaged.
Foreign
material in excess of 1.0% will be deducted from the weight.
There will be a 10 cent per bushel discount for sour beans.
Storage
-
Minimum
of 17.0c per bushel to February 1, 2010, then an additional
3c per bushel per month.
All
drying and minimum storage charges will be billed at the end of
harvest and will be due by January 15, 2010, or when the grain
is sold, whichever is first.
