All other grade factors for soybeans will be treated on a load by load basis and will not be averaged.

Foreign material in excess of 1.0% will be deducted from the weight.

There will be a 10 cent per bushel discount for sour beans.

Storage -

Minimum of 17.0c per bushel to February 1, 2010, then an additional
3c per bushel per month.

All drying and minimum storage charges will be billed at the end of harvest and will be due by January 15, 2010, or when the grain is sold, whichever is first.
